Everything a new residential building needed to sell its apartments: the brand, a website with a 3D apartment picker, and content for billboards and screens.

Novas is a new residential building, and we handled everything it needed to sell: the brand, the website, digital content, and physical materials like billboards and screens.

Pick an apartment on the building itself

The centerpiece of the website is a 3D model of the building, rendered in Blender from the original 3D model with daylight, soft shadows and reflections in the glass. Buyers hover a floor to see how many apartments are still free.

Every apartment in detail

Each unit opens into a plan viewer: the original floor plan to zoom and pan, the rooms and their areas, where the unit sits on the floor and which way it faces, an inquiry button and the sales sheet to download. Buyers step through neighbouring units with the arrows, and garage spaces have a picker of their own.

On a phone the site works the same way, from the building render to the floor picker and each apartment’s card.

The neighbourhood and the garage

A location section maps the shops, schools and services nearby.
